STEP 1
CONSULTATION FORM
Please contact us via the contact form or through WhatsApp. Once you have done so, you will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
STEP 2
MEDICAL QUESTIONAIRE/ PHOTOS
In the next step, we kindly ask you to fill out the patient form. Please attach your photos as files according to the instructions. Once your photos and the patient form have been evaluated, we will contact you to discuss your procedure in detail and, if necessary, schedule an appointment.
STEP 3
DEPOSIT
If you agree to proceed, we kindly request that you make a deposit of 15% of the total cost to the Victoria Aesthetics account to secure your appointment.
This amount will be deducted from the remaining balance of the total cost.
STEP 4
FLIGHT TICKETS
Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will ask you to book your flights and send us the confirmation of your flight details within 24 hours. Please note that your surgery appointment is only secured once we have received confirmation of your flight details. From that point on, you will be handed over to the clinic where your surgery will take place.
Of course, we remain in contact at all times and are available 24/7 to address any questions.
STEP 5
ARRIVAL
Upon arrival you will be greeted at the airport by a chauffeur who will track your flight and will be waiting for you in arrivals to escort you to the recovery villa.
You are welcome to bring a companion, although it is not mandatory, as there is trained nursing staff available at all times to care for you.
STEP 6
SURGERY
On the day following your arrival, you will be taken to the clinic.
All necessary tests will be conducted, you will undergo surgery, and depending on the procedure performed, you will stay one night or more in the hospital.
During your stay, you will receive all meals and be under the continuous care of nursing staff 24/7.
STEP 7
RECOVERY
After the hospital, your driver will take you back to the Recovery Villa, where you can relax and recover until your return flight.
Trained nursing staff is available around the clock to ensure your comfort and safety. Three main meals are prepared fresh daily for you and your companion, and your room will be cleaned upon request.
STEP 8
CHECK UP
A few days after the procedure, your chauffeur will take you back to the hospital for a check up before your departure home.
STEP 9
LEAVING
Prior to your departure, our chauffeur will ensure your transportation to the airport. You will be provided with a
ready-to-fly certificate to ensure a seamless journey back home.
