Getting in touch
Reach us easily via our contact form or WhatsApp. You will receive a personal reply from us as soon as possible.

Patient form & photos
Next, we ask you to complete the patient questionnaire truthfully and attach your photos following our guidance. Once both have been reviewed, we will get in touch to discuss your procedure in detail and arrange an appointment.

Deposit
Once you are happy with everything, you secure your appointment with a deposit of 20% of the total cost. This amount is of course deducted from the remaining balance.

Booking your flights
After we confirm your payment, we will ask you to book your flights and send us your flight details within 24 hours. Your surgery date is only finalised once we receive this confirmation. From then on, we remain available to you around the clock.

Arrival at the airport
On arrival, a chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall to take you to our partner hotel. You are welcome to bring a companion, though it is not necessary - trained care staff are on hand for you at all times.

Your procedure
The day after you arrive, you are taken to the clinic. After all necessary check-ups, your procedure takes place; depending on the operation, you stay one night in hospital, where you are cared for and catered to around the clock.

Recovery
After discharge, your driver brings you back to the partner hotel, where you can rest and recover until your return flight. Trained care staff are on site around the clock. Spacious rooms and first-class catering ensure you and your companion want for nothing.

Follow-up examination
A few days after the procedure, your chauffeur takes you back to the clinic for a final follow-up examination before your journey home.

Return flight
Before your return journey, you are of course driven to the airport. You will also receive a fitness-to-fly certificate for a smooth flight home.

Home
Once you are back home, you can reach out to us at any time with any questions. Any recommended aftercare - such as lymphatic drainage massages after liposuction - should be followed, as it can significantly influence your result. If you are happy with your outcome, we would be delighted with a review or a mention in your social media posts.
